Departmental forms of enterprise training
Junior: Generally, there are human resources department directors, and some will also set up training specialists.

Intermediate: There is a separate training department or training center, usually 3-5 people are responsible for training, each with its own division of labor.

Advanced: owning an enterprise university or college, having its own course library, lecturer team and course evaluation system. Represented by General Electric, Siemens and Procter & Gamble.
