Legal and policy basis

The State Council's "Regulations on Running Schools by Social Forces" was forwarded by the Provincial Labor and Social Security Department to the Ministry of Labor's "Notice on Implementation".

Information to be submitted:

1, the applicant's or the respondent's bid report (the bid report mainly includes the training objectives, the name, nature, category, level, enrollment scope, scale and basic conditions for running a school, etc.). );

2. Legal documents provided by enterprises, institutions and associations (including personal identity cards, non-employment certificates, personal education or professional titles);

3. Qualification certificate of the teacher to be hired;

4, the training institutions to prove the source of assets and funds;

5. Property right certificate or lease agreement for office buildings and school buildings;

6. In the case of running a school jointly, an agreement on running a school jointly shall be submitted. (The agreement includes the name, address and legal representative of the co-organizer; The nature, category, address and major setting of the school; Investment methods (including funds, physical objects and the right to use the house, etc.). ); Raise funds for running schools; The composition of internal management institutions and their functions and powers; Liability for breach of contract and other matters agreed by both parties).

7. School management system (including teaching management system, student management system, teacher management system, financial management system, internship and experiment management system, etc. );

8. Organize professional teaching plans, outlines and supporting teaching materials.

Time limit for approval:

1, after the materials are complete 10 days;

2. According to the materials submitted by the organizers and individuals, the examination and approval authorities shall conduct on-the-spot investigation within 15 working days after the expiration of the preparatory period to check and accept the conditions for running a school. The main contents of the survey include whether the school venue, teachers, teaching equipment and facilities and the perfection of various rules and regulations meet the conditions for running a school.
