Seven, dog owners will transfer the dog to others, the assignee shall, within 30 days from the date of the transferee, to the original dog registration certificate to the local public security organ for registration of change, and then go through the annual inspection procedures.

Eight, the dog registration certificate is lost, the dog owner shall, from the date of loss 15 days, submit a new certificate to the original dog registration authority with the management service fee payment certificate or personal identification certificate, and then go through the annual inspection procedures.

Nine, the dog died, disappeared or dog owners give up their dogs, dog owners should hold the dog registration certificate to the original registration authority for dog cancellation procedures.

Dog owners who have not gone through the cancellation procedures for raising dogs may not raise dogs again.

Ten, individuals and units that raise dogs for the first time shall register in accordance with the "Regulations" and "Beijing Dog Registration and Annual Inspection Management Measures", and pay the management service fee for the first year as required.
