1. First submit an application for joining the Party, which will be reviewed by the Party organization of Xiamen University, and then participate in the party class training after the approval.

2. Secondly, write about the experience of joining the party, obtain the certificate of completion of the party class, and become an activist of joining the party.

3. Finally, political review, determine the development goals of party member, determine the party introducer, and join the party in Xiamen University after taking the oath.
