Generally speaking, after informing you of the induction training, you will be arranged to go to a nearby restaurant for training according to your address, and the training time will last for three and a half months. During this period, you must first learn the relevant theoretical standards and practical operation of the four stations (lobby, front desk, general distribution and kitchen), and pass the examination of the training manager, including the control of PC general distribution. Then you have to learn some administrative contents. Finally, you have to pass the examination of the restaurant manager and the regional manager before you can become a formal restaurant assistant.

If you fail the exam, you will still be fired.
