First of all, you should have the products and experience of car accessories, and what you don't have can't be obtained from the rules; Even if it is a new enterprise, it must have more than two years of experience, otherwise it can only be a certificate issued by a certification body (not a certificate), and it will be changed after two years.
Secondly, the size of your company, such as the number of college students and technicians (at least three or four), otherwise the implementation of some reference books (one * * * five books, very thick, is also the focus of the audit) will not pass; I once met a small company with only a dozen people, and the annual sales volume was about 2 million, so I advised them not to do it, because after the salary tax, the profits could not be handed over to the certification body (a certification fee was nearly 30 thousand);
Did your company have an ISO900 1 quality management system before? If we want to reach TS 16949 at once, it is as difficult as jumping from primary school to university at once.
Besides TS 16949, you should also buy a set of reference books (APQP/FMEA/MSA/PPAP/SPC). If there is no bookstore near the company, you can buy it at China Automobile Research Center in Tianjin, and the price is the same (700 yuan). They are the only publishing company in China.
If you have never independently presided over the establishment or maintenance of TS 16949 system, then there must be the following two methods:
1. Recruiting a person who independently presided over the establishment or maintenance of TS 16949 system (many people know this system now and have more than ten years' experience) will play a great role in establishing the system now, cultivating the company's quality management quality through auditing, and maintaining the system in the future, which will play a great role in dealing with the supplier audit of OEM and customers;
2. Hire a consulting company (the key to success is not the company, but an experienced teacher) as a consultant, and coach and train the TS system of the company all the way until it is recognized on site.
You can ask me for help if you have any questions (I advocate the first opinion).
