The training lasts for four to six years and is conducted in two stages.
The first stage: two to three years of training in two disciplines, regular participation in clinical medical work in major departments and related departments of this discipline, strict basic training in clinical work, and learning relevant professional theoretical knowledge. Residents should implement the responsibility system of hospitalization. After completing the first stage of training, residents will be assessed by the training base, and those who pass the assessment can enter the second stage of training.
The second stage; In two to three years, we will further complete job rotation, gradually carry out professional training, and thoroughly study and master the clinical skills and theoretical knowledge of this major, so that we can independently deal with common diseases and some difficult diseases in this discipline. In the last year, you should arrange a certain time to be the chief resident or the corresponding organization and management. During the training period, residents should be arranged to participate in primary prevention and health care for not less than six months.
