Main responsibilities of China Engineering Construction Standardization Association
(a) publicity and popularization of engineering construction standardization knowledge;

(two) to accept the entrustment of government departments and organize the formulation of recommended national standards for engineering construction;

(3) Organizing the formulation and management of standards of engineering construction associations;

(four) to organize members to participate in the formulation, review and dissemination of national standards, industry standards and local standards for engineering construction and related scientific research work; (five) to accept the entrustment to assist enterprises in the preparation of enterprise standards;

(six) the organization of engineering construction standardization academic activities;

(seven) the organization of engineering construction standardization training;

(eight) editing the edition of the publication "Standardization of Engineering Construction" and the books and materials related to the standardization of engineering construction;

(nine) to organize and carry out engineering construction standardization services, including engineering construction standardization technical consultation, project demonstration and achievement appraisal, engineering construction product qualification evaluation and recommendation, etc.;

(ten) to develop friendly exchanges with relevant non-governmental organizations in Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Organize international cooperation and exchanges in engineering construction standardization and participate in international standardization activities;

(eleven) to set up economic entities related to the standardization of engineering construction according to law and carry out business activities;

(twelve) to safeguard the rights and interests of standardization workers in engineering construction and reflect their opinions and demands to the relevant departments;

(thirteen) to provide standardized information and policy suggestions for government departments.
