Six, the use of safety and maintenance:

1. Use in strict accordance with the instructions, and never under-charge, over-charge or over-discharge.

2. When the voltage of single battery is lower than 1.7V, stop the battery and charge it in time. After charging, adjust the electrolyte density to 1.28g/ cm3.

3. When charging, control the electrolyte temperature not to exceed 45℃. When charging, open all the water covers of the battery, and do not get close to open flames.

4. Make-up liquid must use special water for storage battery, and impurities cannot be mixed in the process of adding water, otherwise it will cause self-discharge or toxic gas. Do not replenish water and keep the battery surface clean and dry, otherwise it will reduce the battery capacity and shorten the service life.

5. Users should check and maintain the liquid level and connecting lines once a week. If the liquid level is too low, it will cause accidents such as battery heating and burning.

6. If the used battery is not used temporarily, it should be fully charged to promote storage in a ventilated and dry place, and charged once a month.

7. When the voltage is lower than 2 1V, the battery is insufficient, and it can be recharged as soon as possible before continuing to use.

Seven, before and after work, must do a good job of inspection and maintenance, keep the equipment clean and complete.
