According to Article 13 of the Safety Training Regulations for Production and Business Units, the safety training time for new employees in coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks, metal smelting and other production and business units shall not be less than 72 hours, and the annual retraining time shall not be less than 20 hours.

New mine employees shall receive safety training, and employees who have not passed the safety training shall not be allowed to work at their posts.
