Influenced by the traditional social division of labor and gender concept, men become the main object of mobility, while women stay at home, becoming the mainstay of the family and the main force of agricultural production. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out vocational skills training for rural left-behind women.

Problems needing attention in organizing rural women to carry out technical training;

1, the choice of training methods should consider the receptivity of left-behind women.

It is very important to choose which way to do a good job in agricultural technology training for rural women. Considering that these groups have weak cultural foundation and strong practical ability. Therefore, to develop agricultural technology training, we should make full use of its strong practical ability, pay attention to field practice, observe and operate more, realize what we have learned and master new skills through repeated practice.

2, the selection of training content should be combined with the needs of local agricultural production.
