What aspects should we start with in the training of teachers at the beginning of school?
The understanding of teachers' morality has changed from having a clear conscience to caring for education wholeheartedly. Although students have always been the focus of my work, I take students' learning, problems and life puzzles as the main content of my work, and strive to leave no regrets in the process of students' growth and have a clear conscience! However, with the passage of time, due to the in-depth experience and understanding of the relationship between teachers and students and the in-depth analysis of this training, it is more and more urgent to realize the importance of paying full attention to education. It is true that it is very important to be worthy of students and yourself. However, if we only answer and solve when the facts stand out, we cannot cultivate our self-ability and promote our self-growth. Only by paying attention to students, families, society and related events all the time can we find our true colors in the impetuous world. Only in this way can we show sincere concern in education and inspire students more. In teaching, there is further reflection on subject teaching. After a year of teaching, I have made some progress in preparing lessons, attending lectures, reflecting and doing homework, but I still have some doubts about the effectiveness of students. The main source of confusion lies in the design, implementation and completion effect of the operation, and the lack of own experience makes the operation effect not obvious. After the teacher's homework guidance and director Si's in-depth analysis of teaching routines, I have a deeper understanding of teaching routines, especially homework construction. I hope it can be actively applied in the future teaching work and achieve results. From the aspect of teaching management, from the original objective concern to the present ability and dare to actively participate. When I first joined the company, I paid more attention to my own self-survival, and took preparing lessons, attending classes and whether students understood it as my life point. However, with the development of teaching, I realized the importance of teaching management. Only when the classroom atmosphere is good, students' trust and enthusiasm go up, will knowledge have room and value for dissemination. I often consult other teachers or refer to book collection methods and strategies in my work last year, and I will try actively when there are problems. However, after all, I am inexperienced, and I still feel that the handling of problems is not perfect or makes students feel uncomfortable, so I still need to learn in management. In the middle of this lecture, the principal talked about relevant contents, especially in the special lecture of "Being an Expert Teacher" by President Chu, and realized the flexibility and artistry of management, which benefited a lot. Especially when President Chu talked about the learning difficulties of different students, his accurate analysis of different types of students was in place. After listening, I have an impulse to try it, hoping to make full use of it in future teaching. In terms of teaching beliefs, I am more firm and persistent in my own teaching beliefs. I have always admired President Duan's courage and spirit. Her 18 efforts and struggles since she took office are obvious to all. She is an inspiration tower in itself, and can also be said to be an example, which makes people constantly struggle, constantly try to overcome difficulties and forge ahead. At the training meeting on the afternoon of 13, President Duan once again talked about the situation and development plan of the school. Talking about the style teacher, he said, "What to do first, then dabble in it extensively, and choose a final practice after combining the class situation to realize self-characteristics." I think this is not only true for our career, but also for our life. Since being a teacher is my foundation, doing a good job is the most fundamental requirement. As long as the firm choice and belief are combined with one's own ability, combined with unremitting efforts and various external experiences, one can certainly become an excellent teacher. In the management of the head teacher, we have further realized the function, mission and responsibility of the head teacher. The head teacher is a shaper and guider of class culture, and plays many roles such as guider, friend or elder in the process of students' growth. Therefore, the requirements of its ability and the complexity of its affairs are unknown to an ordinary teacher. After half a year's work as an assistant class teacher, with the guidance and help of Mr. Cui, I have some practical experience in dealing with affairs, but I still have no clue or fear about some events. This time, Director Ni Haijun told the class teacher's various life and study cases and inspired by fables, which gave me a deeper understanding and understanding of the class teacher's work and a stronger confidence in the future management work. I hope I can read more books and practice more in the future teaching, and I can also experience and explore more class management methods.
