1. If the right lower limb and both lower limbs are disabled, you should apply for a driver's license for the disabled. They should go to the specialized medical institutions designated by the provincial health department for physical examination and obtain physical condition certificates.
2. After passing the medical examination, apply for a driver's license for the disabled at the vehicle management office of the domicile or temporary residence, and fill in the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Driving License when applying.
3. After the motor vehicle management office accepts the application for a driver's license for the disabled, the applicant can go to a special driving training school or training institution to learn road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge and conduct driving skills training.
4. After the training, applicants for driver's licenses for the disabled will take the exams for Subject 1, Subject 2 and Subject 3 respectively according to the scheduled time. After passing the three exams, the vehicle management office will issue a small automatic passenger car driver's license for the disabled within two days.
