Article 41 Military training for reserve soldiers shall be conducted in active service units, reserve units, militia organizations or other organizations. Reserve soldiers who have not been pre-assigned to active service, incorporated into reserve forces or into backbone militia organizations shall participate in military training for 30 to 40 days between the ages of 18 and 24; Among them, the training time of professional and technical soldiers is determined according to actual needs. The refresher training for reserve soldiers serving in active service and receiving military training, as well as the military training for other reserve soldiers, shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Central Military Commission (CMC).
Article 42 reserve officers shall participate in military training for three to six months during their reserve service; Persons who are predetermined to serve in active service and reserve service may participate in military training at appropriate times.
