How to do safety management well: 1. Being a proactive manager and being an excellent manager is proactive. Therefore, we can say that no matter whether the security team is strong or not, because there is a goal, there is a direction for progress, security has the motivation, motivation and passion for work, and security work can develop healthily and stably. Fourth, how to straighten out the relationship with leaders. It is a fact that leaders like competent managers. Managers must be loyal to their leaders. All the tasks assigned by the leaders should be completed in time and successfully, so that the police will be smooth and not slow. Try to win the trust and support of leaders, find more opportunities to meet with leaders, ask for instructions, reflect some security work, let leaders know everyone's hard work, and don't let everyone pay in obscurity. Managers had better be familiar with the temper and temperament of leaders and do things according to the style of leaders. They must never do things behind their backs. Leaders hate people who cheat themselves. Managers work with their brains, not their strength, but sometimes they get some strength. It is worth mentioning that it is not advisable for the security duty points and security organizations of all units to be separated from the management of service units or not to buy the face of unit leaders. Therefore, as a security guard, we should ensure to provide quality services for the client units and the masses. At the same time, it should also be noted that before accepting the extra work requirements of customers, you should ask your superiors for instructions and get the consent of the leaders, but before the leaders reply, you should politely explain to the customers. Five, how to handle the relationship with subordinates, straighten out the relationship between subordinates, is the fundamental to maintain internal unity and stability. To be a good manager, first of all, you should set an example, study hard, practice more, maintain strong working ability, be versatile, encourage more, and have clear rewards and punishments, so as to balance your mentality. At the same time, strengthen their moral cultivation. Good moral quality and personal charm can give subordinates an invisible labor force. Pay more attention to the life of the players outside eight hours, pay attention to the changes of the players' mentality, listen to the opinions of subordinates, isolate individual rude and unreasonable security guards, and don't let the masses be affected. Those who love to snitch should be taken seriously and guided correctly. If you have any questions, I can discuss them with you at the conference table. If it can't be solved internally, it will be reported for processing. Otherwise, it is not conducive to internal unity and stability and affects work. Management needs to pay attention to finding and solving problems in work and accumulating them bit by bit. Two, should have good observation ability and adaptability. At work, we should always observe the ideological and emotional changes of the players, understand the ideological trends of the players and communicate with them well. Always reflect on your work, reflect on whether you care enough about the players, try to reduce the pressure on the players at work, treat the players as their brothers, and give them care and love.
Third, fully understand the basic situation of service units, and make safety precautions for service units according to the basic situation of the units. For example, the xxxx we are serving now is the large xxx. In view of this environment, we have formulated the corresponding management plan, and at the same time learned from its xxx work experience. According to the existing situation, we have strengthened the management of the surrounding environment and parking lot, requiring the team members to be meticulous, look around and listen to all directions.
