In April this year, the maintenance and manufacturing center informed me that there was a car with load reverse gear, which was repaired several times but failed to be repaired. As soon as the car was repaired, my master and I immediately took the tools to test drive with the driver. When driving, we found that the reverse gear automatically jumped in the desert section. The driver said: the problem appeared three months ago, but I couldn't find it. After discussing with the master, I judged that the driver said that it had been replaced and no problems were found. After the test run, my master and I checked it again in detail, and we still determined that it was an inverted slide. After disassembling the gearbox, it was found that the toothed hoop used in reverse gear was abnormal. Although the size is the same, the shape of the teeth is different, which is the direct cause of gear shifting. After the replacement, the fault was successfully eliminated, which not only relieved the driver's troubles, but also saved a lot of money for the company.
Third, love and dedication, warm service. "Standing to be a man, kneeling to serve" is the service concept of transportation companies. At work, I have seen many vehicles with brake failure while driving. I have made an in-depth analysis of this kind of problems and come to the conclusion that there are several reasons for the failure of braking when driving: insufficient compressed air pressure generated by the braking system. Because the air cylinder of the vehicle cannot store enough compressed air, the air source of the brake valve is insufficient; The air leakage of the brake valve pipeline and the blockage of the air path will cause insufficient compressed air pressure generated by the brake system during braking; The gap between the brake drum and the brake shoe is not suitable; The contact area of the brake shoe is too small. According to the above reasons, around the problem of brake failure, I have consulted and studied relevant maintenance materials many times, humbly consulted experienced teachers, and examined and analyzed the possible reasons one by one. For the part that may fail, I will adopt the method of "from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult". I'll check the air storage tank first to see if the air pressure meets the standard. Start the engine, check the pressure gauge response of the brake system, and find it difficult to inflate. Expansion >; It takes 3 minutes to charge to 0.3MPa, which may be due to the failure of the air compressor or the leakage of the sealed air pressure pipeline, which makes it difficult to increase the air pressure. I checked the air pressure when the engine was running at a medium speed and found that it rose slowly. After the flameout, I checked the air pressure and found that the air pressure dropped rapidly, exceeding the standard value. Check whether the tightness of the air compressor drive belt meets the requirements, and then remove the air compressor. It is found that most of the pump cover has carbon deposits, and the air inlet is also blocked by carbon deposits. After removing the carbon deposit, put it back on the pump cover and accessories. Found that the effect is better than before. The air compressor has obvious pumping sound and good working effect. Then connect the output throat of the air compressor to continue to start the engine, gradually relax the test air volume of the pipelines in front of the main valve, and then completely remove the carbon deposits on the blocked pipelines.
Through the above operation, the air pressure can reach above 490 kPa shortly after the engine is started. I judged the fault according to the pressure drop after stepping on the brake pedal, and found that the pressure drop was normal. However, after the pedal is released, the exhaust volume of the exhaust valve is insufficient. I immediately disassembled and inspected the master brake valve, and found that there was an obvious groove on the valve glue of the intake valve. The valve glue of the exhaust valve is not properly closed. After modification, I adjusted the exhaust valve, and then I adjusted the gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum of the rear wheel to the best position, so that there would be no delay. And check whether the extension stroke of the push rod of the front and rear four-wheel brake air chambers reaches the specified value. The stroke of the front wheel push rod should be 15 ~ 35mm, and the stroke of the rear wheel push rod should be 20 ~ 40mm. Unexpectedly, in the process of inspection and adjustment, it was found that the push rod of the left and right wheel brake air chamber was laborious, slow and inflexible. When the air inlet pipe of the brake air chamber is disassembled, air is exhausted, which proves that the air pipe joint is not blocked and the valve glue is not leaked, which indicates that the reason for this phenomenon may be that the lubrication is not serious enough during the first-level maintenance, or that the camshaft and bushing are rusted due to long-term loss of grease, resulting in difficult thrust and short push rod stroke.
Therefore, jack up the wheel, then turn the wheel and try to press the brake pedal. Sure enough, the wheels stopped slowly instead of immediately, which proved that the camshaft had lost its function. Immediately remove the left and right wheels and the brake cam push rod for rust removal and lubrication adjustment, clean the entire brake drum to 1200, and check the tension of the brake shoe return spring. Intuitively, the spring has been corroded a lot. Comparing the old and new springs, it is confirmed that there are differences in elasticity and thickness, so a new one is replaced. After replacing it with a new one, the fault was eliminated. After the test run, the original brake failure of the car was eliminated.
