I judged the fault according to the pressure drop after stepping on the brake pedal, and found that the pressure drop was normal. However, after the pedal is released, the exhaust volume of the exhaust valve is insufficient. I immediately disassembled and inspected the master brake valve, and found that there was an obvious groove on the valve glue of the intake valve. The valve glue of the exhaust valve is not properly closed. After modification, I adjusted the exhaust valve, and then I adjusted the gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum of the rear wheel to the best position, so that there would be no delay. And check whether the extension stroke of the push rod of the front and rear four-wheel brake air chambers reaches the specified value. The stroke of the front wheel push rod should be 15 ~ 35mm, and the stroke of the rear wheel push rod should be 20 ~ 40mm. Unexpectedly, in the process of inspection and adjustment, it was found that the push rod of the left and right wheel brake air chamber was laborious, slow and inflexible. When the air inlet pipe of the brake air chamber is disassembled, air is exhausted, which proves that the air pipe joint is not blocked and the valve glue is not leaked, which indicates that the reason for this phenomenon may be that the lubrication is not serious enough during the first-level maintenance, or that the camshaft and bushing are rusted due to long-term loss of grease, resulting in difficult thrust and short push rod stroke.

Therefore, jack up the wheel, then turn the wheel and try to press the brake pedal. Sure enough, the wheels stopped slowly instead of immediately, which proved that the camshaft had lost its function. Immediately remove the left and right wheels and the brake cam push rod for rust removal and lubrication adjustment, clean the entire brake drum to 1200, and check the tension of the brake shoe return spring. Intuitively, the spring has been corroded a lot. Comparing the old and new springs, it is confirmed that there are differences in elasticity and thickness, so a new one is replaced. After replacing it with a new one, the fault was eliminated. After the test run, the original brake failure of the car was eliminated.
