Armored vehicles have the right to kill people under certain conditions. In the process of escort, if there are four situations, such as violent attack, grabbing weapons and hijacking vehicles, the escort personnel have the right to shoot. In non-emergency situations, they should shoot verbally or warning first. According to the relevant laws and regulations, in the following cases, in order to safeguard the safety of state property, weapons can be used when performing the tasks of keeping warehouses and escorting cash, gold, silver and securities.

A bank (including the People's Bank of China and various specialized banks) guards have specific tasks. When carrying out the tasks of guarding the national treasury and escorting cash, gold, silver and valuable securities, in order to safeguard the security of state property, weapons may be used under the following circumstances:

(1) When the security targets of warehouse guards and escorts are attacked by violence or are in imminent danger of being attacked by violence, which cannot be stopped unless shooting is fired;

(two) when the weapons worn by guards and escorts are violently robbed and cannot be stopped without shooting;

(3) When vehicles (including motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles) escorting cash, gold, silver and other property are violently hijacked, unless shooting can't be stopped;

(4) When a storekeeper, a supercargo or a vehicle driver carrying cash, gold, silver and other property is physically attacked and cannot defend himself except by shooting.

Two, armored vehicle escorts equipped with official guns must meet the following conditions:

(a) citizens of China who have reached the age of 20, are physically and mentally healthy and have good conduct;

(2) Having no history of mental illness and other diseases that can't control the capacity for behavior;

(3) No record of administrative detention, education, compulsory detoxification, reeducation through labor, reeducation through labor and criminal punishment;

(4) Having received professional training and being familiar with the provisions of laws, regulations and rules governing the use of firearms;

(five) master the skills of gun use and maintenance.

Three, escort personnel in any of the following circumstances, should immediately stop using guns:

(1) The perpetrator stops committing violent crimes;

(2) The relevant actor loses the ability to continue to commit violent crimes.
