2. Introduction of Leshan Vocational and Technical College
Leshan Vocational and Technical College is located in Leshan, a famous historical and cultural city where Minjiang River, Qingyijiang River and Dadu River meet. It was established with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's Government in April 2002. It is a comprehensive full-time public institution of higher learning with the disciplines of medicine and health, financial tourism, machinery and electronics and new energy.
College is a demonstrative higher vocational college in Sichuan Province, a national base for training high-skilled talents, an innovation base for ZTE ICT industry of the Ministry of Education, a national training base for tourism professionals in western China, the first batch of training bases for high-skilled talents in Sichuan Province, and a post-doctoral innovation practice base. He is the vice chairman of the National School-running Mode Research Association, the Sichuan Philosophy Society, the Sichuan Computer Society and the Sichuan Electronics Society.
The college covers an area of 800 mu, with 506 full-time teachers, 35 professors and 35 associate professors 15 1 person. There are nearly 1.8 million full-time students in school. The college has new energy engineering, financial management, tourism, art design, electromechanical engineering, electronic information engineering, nursing, medicine, pharmacy, physical education, basic courses and other departments. There are 48 majors in liberal arts and science. Among them, nursing, silicon material technology and mobile communication technology are provincial key majors. The college has one directly affiliated hospital and three non-directly affiliated hospitals, namely Leshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Leshan Geriatric Hospital and Leshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
The college has an internship, training room and training base equipped with advanced instruments and equipment, as well as the "Ministry of Education-ZTE ICT Industry Innovation" base, the first polysilicon simulation factory in China, Leshan Solar Energy Research Institute, Leshan Medical Research Center and 3D Printing Engineering Technology Center. There are modern network communication training centers, automobile inspection and maintenance training centers, polysilicon ingot production training centers and intelligent transportation training centers.
The College adheres to the strategy of "research school" and has made great achievements in scientific research. Published 3644 papers, including 494 core journal papers. Published monograph 2 1, obtained 48 national patents, and undertook provincial and above scientific research projects 192.

We have established good school-enterprise cooperation relations with more than 70 well-known enterprises and institutions in and outside the province, such as General Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army, West China Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan University, ZTE Corporation, China Lu Hua Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huawei Group.
