Staff training system Article 1 This system is formulated in order to improve the professional quality of employees of this company, enrich their professional knowledge and skills, and improve their work quality and performance. Article 2 Scope of Application These Provisions are applicable to on-the-job education and training of all employees of the company and related business matters. Article 3 Division of responsibilities 1. The Education and Training Department (1) held a company-wide same-sex training course. (2) Draft and report the annual and monthly training courses of the whole company. (3) Formulate and modify the training system. (4) Report the implementation results and improvement countermeasures of on-the-job education and training in the whole company. (5) The compilation and revision of same-sex training materials. (6) Review of training plan. (7) Supervision, tracking and evaluation of training implementation. (8) External lecturers shall educate and train all employees of the company once every quarter. (9) Review and handling of trainees sent abroad by the whole company. (10) Management of books, materials and written reports carried by overseas trainees. (1 1) Formulation and implementation of other relevant talent development plans. (12) Make the cost budget of various training plans. 2. Annual training plan summary report of each department (1). (2) Formulate and revise professional training standards and recommend lecturers or teaching assistants. (3) Hold internal professional training courses and report the results. (4) Compilation and revision of professional training materials. (5) After the training, supervise and track the trainees to ensure the training effect. Article 4 Formulation of training norms 1. The Education and Training Department calls all relevant departments to jointly formulate training standards for employees' on-the-job education and training, which provides a basis for training implementation, including: (1) job classification of various departments. (2) The number of training courses for each post is timely. (3) Teaching material outline of each training course. 2. When the organizational functions of various departments change or the production conditions change due to the introduction of new technologies, the education and training department should immediately modify the training norms according to actual needs. Article 5 Formulation of training plan 1. Each department shall formulate the on-the-job training schedule according to the training norms and actual needs, and submit it to the Education and Training Department for review as the basis for training implementation. 2. The Education and Training Department shall compile the Annual Training Plan Summary Table for the training plans put forward by various departments, and submit it to the Human Resources Department for review and signature. 3. The organizers of all kinds of training courses should fill in the On-the-job Training Implementation Schedule within a certain period of time and notify relevant departments and personnel after approval. 4. Temporary training courses also need to fill in the "On-the-job Training Implementation Schedule" and implement it after verification. Article 6 implementation training 1. The training sponsor department shall implement the training on schedule according to the On-the-job Training Implementation Plan, and be responsible for the overall matters of training, such as the arrangement of training venues, the distribution of teaching materials, the secondment of teaching AIDS, etc., and notify lecturers and students. 2. If there are supplementary teaching materials, the lecturer should send the original handout to the Education and Training Department for uniform printing one week before the class starts, so that it can be distributed to students during the class. 3. After each training, a test should be conducted and invigilated by the host department or lecturer. There are three or four kinds of exam questions, which should be sent to the presiding department by the lecturer before the class starts. 4. When on-the-job training is implemented, students should sign in, and the education and training department should really understand the class and attendance. 5. Students should attend on time, and students who cannot attend under special circumstances should go through the formalities of asking for leave. 6. The Education and Training Department shall hold regular inspection meetings to evaluate the implementation effect of various training courses and send the records to relevant units for reference and improvement. 7. If you are absent from various training tests, you will make up the exam afterwards; Those who did not take the make-up exam will be treated as zero. 8. Training test results and result reports should be used as reference for assessment and promotion. Article 7 Training Result Report 1. Within one week after the end of each training (period), the lecturer should evaluate the students' achievements, record them on the On-the-job Training Test Report, and send them to the Human Resources Department together with the examination papers to establish personal and perfect training materials. 2. The organizer shall fill in the On-the-job Training Form and the Instructor's Hourly Salary Application Form within one week after each training session, and send them to the Education and Training Department together with the Report Form and the Student's Opinion Questionnaire, so as to pay all the fees and keep them on file. 3. If the textbook compilation fee needs to be paid, the competent department shall fill in the Application Form for the Compilation Fee of On-the-job Training Textbooks, and send it to the relevant departments for review and signature, and then pay accordingly. 4. Each department shall establish an "employee on-the-job training qualification form" for its subordinate personnel. 5. Every three months, each department should fill in the Report on the Implementation Results of On-the-job Training and submit it to the Education and Training Department to understand the recent implementation of on-the-job training in this department. Article 8 Training Evaluation 1. After each training session (period), the host department will distribute the questionnaire of on-the-job trainees' opinions according to the actual needs, and collect the trainees' opinions and submit them to the trainees to fill in, and send them to the lecturers for the human resources department to countersign, as a reference for holding similar trainings in the future. 2. The Education and Training Department regularly issues training effect questionnaires for the heads of all departments to fill in, summarize opinions, compare and analyze the training effect with the production and sales performance, form a written report, submit it for examination and approval, and distribute it to all departments and relevant personnel as a reference for further training. Article 9 Training abroad 1. Due to work needs or promotion before a new job, all departments should recommend relevant personnel to the Education and Training Department for consideration, and send them abroad for training after being approved by the general manager, and go through the business trip formalities according to human resources management regulations. 2. After the trainees are sent back, they should send books, teaching materials, qualification certificates and other related materials to the Education and Training Department for archiving and preservation, and their training results should also be recorded in the Training Qualification Form. 3. Trainees sent abroad should organize the knowledge gained in the training into books and list them as teaching materials, and hold seminars as lecturers to impart relevant knowledge to employees of the company. 4. When the travel expense reimbursement form is submitted for review, it should be sent to the Education and Training Department to review whether the materials for overseas training have been returned, and an endorsement should be made on the reimbursement form. Without verification, the accounting department will not pay. 5. This clause is applicable to training outside the company. For the sake of promotion and reserve, you can entrust the outsourcing department for training before taking office, but it is limited to three times a year. Article 10 Supplementary Provisions 1. Training should be based on the principle of not affecting the work as much as possible. If the off-duty time exceeds one and a half hours, or the training is arranged in the morning and afternoon, the host department is responsible for reporting the meals provided to the students, and the students are not allowed to report overtime. 2. The training results and qualifications of employees can be provided to the Human Resources Department as a reference for annual assessment and promotion. 3. This system is promulgated and implemented after being approved by the general manager, and it is the same when it is revised.
