Article 49 The labor contract concluded between the production and business operation entity and the employees shall specify the matters of ensuring the employees' labor safety and preventing occupational hazards, as well as the relevant matters of handling industrial injury insurance for the employees according to law.

The production and business operation entity shall not enter into an agreement with employees in any form to exempt or reduce its legal responsibilities for employees' casualties due to production safety accidents.

Article 50 Employees of production and business operation entities have the right to know the risk factors, preventive measures and emergency measures existing in their workplaces and posts, and have the right to make suggestions on the safety production of their own entities.

Fifty-first employees have the right to criticize, report and accuse the problems existing in the safety production work of their own units; Have the right to refuse illegal command and force risky operations.

Production and business units shall not reduce their wages, welfare and other benefits or terminate their labor contracts because employees criticize, report, accuse or refuse to command or force risky operations in violation of regulations.

Article 59 The local people's governments at or above the county level shall, according to the situation of production safety within their respective administrative areas, organize relevant departments to conduct strict inspections on production and business operation units that are prone to major production safety accidents within their respective administrative areas in accordance with the division of responsibilities.

The safety production supervision and management department shall, in accordance with the requirements of classified supervision and management, formulate the annual supervision and inspection plan for safety production, and carry out supervision and inspection according to the annual supervision and inspection plan. If hidden dangers of accidents are found, they shall be dealt with in time.
