What are the three religious groups?
The three religious groups refer to leading cadres of the Party and government, religious cadres and religious representatives.

As early as 2003, the Central Committee issued a document clearly pointing out: "To do a good job in religious work, we must increase the training of party and government leading cadres, religious work cadres and religious representatives."

The general plan and background of governing the country according to law, administering the administration according to law and building a country ruled by law require that religious work must have laws to abide by, establish good laws, learn well and make good use of them, and unswervingly follow the road of legalization. Innovating and strengthening social management to stimulate social creativity to the maximum extent requires that religious work must actively explore ways and modes of socialization to meet the needs of religious subjects and social responsibilities. To thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development requires that religious work should be people-oriented, make overall plans, and strive to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
