There are two kinds of health certificates: one is general health certificate and the other is food health certificate, which are needed by people in the catering industry. The health certificate is valid for one year, and it will be invalid after one year. Handling fee includes theoretical knowledge training fee and business card printing fee.
Process of handling health certificate
1. Take five one-inch bareheaded photos. Generally, three photos are enough, and it is better to bring more.
2. Go to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or a local designated hospital with a health certificate.
3. First of all, take a physical examination form in the lobby, post your own photos, and fill in the contents that must be filled in. Generally, there is a reference template.

5. Then draw blood.
6. Both men and women should be examined after blood drawing.
7. After the examination, go to the radiology department for a chest X-ray.
8. Finally, I'll find a trainer to train you. There is generally no training. I just send you a brochure and then give you a newspaper. After you teach him, he will send you a health knowledge training qualification certificate.
