Proof of identity

You need to provide a trial or internship certificate to prove that you have one year's work experience and excellent performance.

Relevant certificate

If you want to be promoted from a practicing assistant physician to a practicing physician, you need to submit the original and photocopy of the relevant certificate. If you are a traditional medicine teacher or a professional, you also need to submit relevant certificates.

Bareheaded photograph

You need to prepare a 2-inch bareheaded half-length color white background photo in the last 6 months for your doctor qualification certificate and doctor practice certificate.

Registration success notice

Finally, don't forget to fill in the Notice of Successful Online Registration for the Physician Qualification Examination.
