Legal analysis: According to the relevant provisions of Order 6 1 of the Ministry of Public Security, enterprises should conduct fire safety training at least once a year. For public gathering places, the competent personnel shall conduct fire safety training for employees once every six months. Key units of fire safety shall conduct fire safety training for each employee at least once a year. Fire safety training for employees in public gathering places should be conducted at least once every six months, and the training content should also include the knowledge and skills of organizing and guiding the evacuation of people present. The unit shall organize new employees and employees entering new positions to conduct pre-job fire safety training.
