First-year English tutoring Volume I. The overall structure of the textbook
(A) the overall introduction of teaching materials
English (New Standard) is a primary and secondary school based on English curriculum standards. A dragon? English textbooks. Since the autumn of 2004, FLTRP has systematically revised the teaching materials according to the requirements of curriculum standards and the use situation in various places: on the basis of retaining the original advantages of the teaching materials, it has reduced the difficulty and capacity, optimized the combination of teaching contents, further clarified the teaching objectives of various language projects, and enhanced the operability of the books used in classroom activities and the practicality of the books used by teachers.
The overall teaching arrangement of the initial textbook for the first grade of primary school is: volume one? Language presentation and teaching in the first round of volume 8;
The ninth book? The first round of Chinese review in Book 10 (especially for difficult points); 1 1 book? Book 12 The second round of comprehensive review (preparing for middle school study). Generally speaking, the topics selected in textbooks are close to students' lives, and the knowledge level spirals with the deepening of topics. The textbook is rich in vocabulary and tense, and the text is complete and vivid. It can be said that this set of teaching materials is not only a set of language teaching materials, but also embodies the education and cultivation of students' English skills, emotional attitudes, learning strategies and cultural awareness in specific content, and is a set of language teaching materials with rich cultural connotations. Therefore, while using this textbook to cultivate students' English language ability, we should focus on improving students' comprehensive quality, paying attention to developing students' potential, cultivating students' innovative spirit, guiding students to form an open and reasonable cross-cultural awareness, and laying a solid language foundation for future English learning.
First-year English tutoring (2) teaching materials supporting resources;
In addition to students' books, this set of teaching materials also includes teachers' books, activity manuals, synchronous exercises and evaluations, student cards, teachers' cards, audio tapes, multimedia courseware, headdresses, network resources and other rich supporting resources, which provides rich and practical materials for our front-line teachers to prepare lessons, saves a lot of time, relieves teachers' pressure, and is more conducive to teachers to handle teaching materials and carry out teaching activities in a flexible and popular form. (3) the structure and content of teaching materials
The first textbook * * * contains 10 teaching modules and a review module. Each module has two units. Unit 1: present the language content and new language training to be learned in this module. Generally, it includes three activities: the requirements of activity one are generally: listening, pointing and looking.
Design intent
It is to let students pay attention to some core words and phrases and help them find the central sentence, which is the most important language structure in each module teaching. The second activity is to present the core sentences of this module separately to further help students define their learning goals. Activity 3 is an extended exercise of activity 2.
Unit 2: Generally designed for the expansion and consolidation of new languages. There are several task-based exercises, including a ballad or poem. As English teaching in Senior One is in the primary stage, the textbooks pay attention to some familiar topics in middle school students' daily life, which are relatively simple and easy to understand, and pay attention to some commonly used sentences, mainly including the following main contents:
Greetings and responses; Number1-10; Ask and explain the color, ask the name, age, place, item name, birthday congratulations, etc.
There are 32 core sentences in the above 10 topic. 129. Five songs and six ballads.
In teaching, we should arrange the class hours reasonably according to the difficulty of each module of the textbook. Generally speaking, a module is completed in five class hours. That is, each page number is completed within one class hour. The fifth class hour is used to complete activity books, synchronous exercises, letter teaching or other expansion and consolidation teaching.
If there is enough time and students have a good foundation, we can improve the requirements for students to master reading and dialogue, or supplement some contents according to the actual situation of students.
