Luoyang Locomotive Technician College Luoyang Railway Secondary Vocational School was founded on 1974, and was named as the national key technical school by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in March 2003, Luoyang Locomotive Senior Technical School by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in August 2000, Luoyang Locomotive Technician Training College by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in September 2002, and the first batch of high-skilled personnel training bases by the Ministry of Labor in 2003.
