Shuozhou Zhonghua Martial Arts Hall, established in February 2008, is the only formal martial arts hall approved by the Municipal Sports Bureau and registered by the Civil Affairs Bureau. Mr. Liu, the sixth stage of China Wushu and vice chairman of Shuozhou Wushu Association, served as the curator and personally taught Tai Ji Chuan, Xingyiquan, Baguazhang, Shaolin Boxing, Taizu Boxing and other fitness and Wushu techniques.
