Safe production is the unity of safety and production, and its purpose is to promote production safely, and production must be safe. Article 5 The principal responsible person of a production and business operation entity shall be fully responsible for the safety production of the entity.
Article 6 Employees of production and business operation entities shall have the right to obtain the guarantee of safety in production according to law, and shall perform the obligation of safety in production according to law.
Article 7 Trade unions shall supervise the work of production safety according to law.
The trade union of a production and business operation entity shall organize employees to participate in the democratic management and supervision of production safety in the entity according to law, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in production safety. The production and business operation entities shall listen to the opinions of the trade unions when formulating or amending the rules and regulations related to production safety.
