Retail and Operations Management Intern (ROMT)

The management trainee program is divided into three stages, which closely combines progressive career development with challenging mall management. The third stage: the store manager

Supervise and manage the sales team and assist the store management to achieve business objectives.

-Training focus:

Team motivation skills, independently handle the daily affairs of the store.
