After living in the Youth League School for a period of time and studying the Youth League Charter, I have a real understanding of the Youth League Committee, its nature, its goals, its basic tasks and its advanced nature and influence. Then how to become a qualified Communist Youth League member should have several aspects. 1. We should have advanced political thoughts, learn Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, enhance national self-esteem, self-confidence and self-improvement, establish correct ideals and beliefs, world outlook, outlook on life and values, resist the erosion of decadent ideas, and improve ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality. 2. Have a fighting spirit and attitude, study hard on scientific and cultural knowledge, study hard, think hard, be brave in innovation, work hard, care about classmates' work, study and life, and serve classmates and classes effectively. 3. We should have the style of "be strict with ourselves and be lenient with others", play an exemplary role in study, life and work, learn from others with an open mind, unite classmates, help others, enthusiastically help others to make progress, carry out criticism and self-criticism, be brave in correcting shortcomings and mistakes, consciously safeguard unity, take the overall situation into account, be honest and modest, and play an exemplary role among young people. During my study, I deeply realized that the China Communist Youth League is based on the working class and is composed of advanced elements of the working class. The China Communist Youth League is also the vanguard of the people of China and the Chinese nation. While enhancing its advanced nature, the Communist Youth League must constantly expand its mass base. Article 1 of the chapter "League members" in the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Youth League stipulates that "workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and other advanced members of social classes who have reached the age of 18 may apply to join the China Youth League if they recognize the program and articles of association of the League and are willing to join one of the organizations of the League, actively participate in the work of the League, implement the resolutions of the League and pay the tour fee on time." The revision of the league constitution at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is conducive to strengthening the league's class foundation, expanding the league's mass foundation, absorbing advanced elements from other social strata, conforming to the league's ideological line of seeking truth from facts, mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of these advanced elements, uniting and attracting outstanding members who are loyal to the motherland and socialism from all walks of life around the league, and improving the league's influence and cohesion in the whole society. It fully shows that the Communist Youth League of China not only attaches importance to enhancing the advanced nature and expanding the mass, but also makes bold breakthroughs, which embodies the ideological line of seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times. The constitution of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stipulates that the whole regiment should unify its thoughts and actions with the basic line of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and the Communist Youth League. It is of great significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and theoretical construction of the Communist Youth League in the new century. In the new century, China has entered a new development stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialist modernization. It is one of the tasks of the Communist Youth League of China in the new century to lead the people to continue to develop socialist democratic politics and build socialist political civilization, and to strive to build socialist spiritual civilization while building material and political civilization, and to combine the rule of law with the rule of virtue. Adhering to Theory of Three Represents as the guiding ideology of the Communist Youth League has laid a solid ideological foundation and provided a reliable political guarantee for promoting the cause of reform, opening up and modernization. With the Theory of Three Represents, the Communist Youth League of China will always be full of creativity, cohesion and fighting capacity, and unite and lead the people of the whole country to complete the solemn mission entrusted by history and the times with confidence. In short, as a qualified league member, one must have ideals, ambitions, be law-abiding, seek truth from facts, keep pace with the times, help others and unite with others, thus influencing others and making contributions to building socialism with China characteristics.
