4. Installation of relevant equipment The relevant equipment of the lottery shop was not purchased by the applicant himself, but a computer betting machine installed by the Welfare Lottery Center of the city. After the installation, normal equipment operation can be carried out.
5. After the relevant training equipment is installed, the relevant staff of Welfare Lottery Center will conduct business training for the applicant. After the training, the lottery shop can operate normally after signing the consignment agreement.
The following materials are required to open a welfare lottery shop:
2 recent color photos of 1 and 1 inch;
2. The natural person applicant provides the household registration book, identity card and academic credentials;
3. 4 photos of the address of the proposed betting station;
4. Real estate license.
In short, opening a welfare lottery shop needs to meet certain conditions, and the validity period of the welfare lottery consignment contract does not exceed 3 years. Stores should not operate welfare lottery separately, because the monthly income of welfare lottery outlets is only enough to pay the store rent.
