The refund system for art training institutions is as follows:

1. Requirements for applying for refund: Students can apply for refund if the courses they attend meet the remaining class hours of more than 5 classes (excluding 5 classes). The number of dropouts is subject to the remaining classes in the system on that day. If the remaining class hours are less than 5 classes, you can apply for make-up classes in this semester without refund.

2. Books, gifts and oil painting materials: All gifts and suits given at the time of payment will not be returned. Books distributed at the time of payment, if they are not in class and are brand new and unopened, can be returned without deducting the book fee. In other cases, the book cannot be returned, and the book fee will be deducted according to the price. Withdraw from XXX oil painting class, and the cost of oil painting materials will be deducted according to 400 yuan.

3. Calculation of refund amount: refundable amount = paid-in amount of students-(the amount of class hours consumed-you can enjoy the preferential treatment of the courses you have attended)-book fee (the book fee will be deducted only after books are distributed and used, and the book fee is 150 yuan/subject)-box set fee (150 yuan for four subjects and above, converted according to the number of returned subjects)-actual.

4. Processing time: Refund must be applied within one week from registration to the end of the course.
