Australia has two opportunities to start a master's program every year, from February to March in spring and from July in autumn. You need to plan ahead if you want to catch up with the start of school in July.
Application conditions
As long as your college grades are up to standard in three years, you can apply immediately after your junior year. If the major you apply for only starts in the spring, you can also apply after the end of your junior year.
International English Language Testing System
If you want to catch up with the start of school in July, the IELTS score needs to reach a total score of 6.5, and the single item is not less than 6. If you can't reach this score, you may need to take a language class before the main course.
Time planning
It takes about 1 month to apply for the university offer. If you take SVP, you can complete the visa application in 1-2 weeks at the earliest. However, study abroad planning is not only these two links. The uncertainty of IELTS test results means that you need to start preparing at least 1 year in advance, so as to better cope with various changes.
