According to Article 42 of Management Regulations on Safety Technical Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel:

The training and assessment fees for special operations personnel shall be uniformly formulated by the safety production supervision and management departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with the departments responsible for the assessment and certification of special operations personnel in coal mines or designated institutions, and shall be implemented after being reported to the price and finance departments of the people's governments at the same level for approval. The certification fee shall be included in the financial budget of the same level by the examination and certification authority.

The specific training fee shall be subject to negotiation with the local safety supervision department.

Vocational qualification certificate: commonly known as grade certificate, China's vocational qualification certificate is divided into five grades: grade five (primary), grade four (intermediate), grade three (advanced), grade two (technician) and grade two (senior technician). Vocational qualification certificate is the proof that workers have the necessary knowledge and skills to engage in a certain occupation, and it is also the certificate for employers to verify their qualifications.

Electrician's license: Electrician's license can be divided into three categories: low voltage, high voltage and special. With it, you become a real electrician.

Special operation certificate: commonly known as operation certificate and post certificate, reviewed once every three years and renewed once every six years, responsible for installation, maintenance, power generation and distribution.

Qualification certificate of construction special operation: operation certificate of construction department and post certificate of construction.
