Give priority to prevention, make full preparations to meet the requirements, and actively prevent all possible problems. When dealing with a problem, we should get it right the first time, instead of using the working process as a testing ground. Strengthen training, supplement my professional knowledge, and make my work as well as possible. Regularly and timely correct the problems existing in the service (especially the owner's complaints) and put forward corresponding preventive measures to the manager in time. Focus on customer satisfaction, improve the "first responsible person" system, speed up information exchange, and highlight the idea of total quality management. Standardized operation: further improve operation standards, improve work efficiency, rationally use management software and simplify work difficulty.

No property complaint is actually the wish of every property enterprise, our property company and mine. But no real property enterprise can do this, because the owner's psychology and behavior are uncertain. The company and our employees can only improve service quality and customer satisfaction through efforts, but can't determine customer satisfaction. Not complaining is the goal pursued by every property company, which requires the property company to serve the owners completely, and the owners are God. This sentence must always be kept in mind. Only in this way can we better serve the owners. In the actual property management work, we should always keep in mind that there is no trivial matter in property management and take the owner's needs as the center.

In the process of internship, I learned about hard work and happiness. Through practice, I realize that to do a good job in property management, we should not only pay attention to the study of theoretical knowledge of property management, but more importantly, we should closely combine practice with theory.
