To apply for a crew card, you must first go through the training examination organized by the Maritime Safety Administration before you can apply. If you are applying for a seaman's certificate and service book, you can apply to the local maritime bureau with your personal ID card.

There is no charge for applying for a seaman's certificate. Application conditions:

1, a citizen who has reached the age of 18 and enjoys the nationality of China people;

2, has been obtained in accordance with the law of China people * * * and China crew service book;

3, in line with the provisions of the crew medical standards;

4. Holding a certificate of competency as a crew member of an international sailing ship or having a certain task of leaving the country for seafarers;
