Ingredients: spiced powder 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
Making:
1. Fresh yeast is hydrated with appropriate amount of water, and condensed milk, yeast water and eggs are added to the flour and stirred evenly. Then gradually add the remaining water into the flour and keep stirring, and finally cover a uniform dough with a wet cloth until it is twice the original volume of the dough.
2. The dough is completely vented, kneaded evenly and divided into 2 equal parts.
3. Put a portion of dough on the chopping board, roll it into an oval dough sheet, roll it out evenly with 1/4 teaspoons of salt, then add vegetable oil and spread it evenly on the dough sheet, then spread 1/2 teaspoons of spiced powder and 1/2 teaspoons of cumin powder by hand, and finally roll it into strips from the long end of the dough sheet.
4. Roll the finished cake blank into a round cake with a thickness of about 7 mm and a diameter of about 15 cm, put it in a heated pot with a little oil, and bake it on low heat until both sides are golden.
