Brief introduction of NC machine tool and its application
Based on the basic theory of metal cutting and the surface forming theory of cutting workpiece, this book introduces the reasonable selection of tool geometric parameters and cutting parameters, as well as the causes and influencing factors of machining surface roughness. Taking the use and management of CNC tools as the main line, this paper expounds the characteristics and reasonable use technology of various CNC tools, practical tools for cutting typical materials, and the types and applications of CNC tool systems. In order to improve the machining efficiency of CNC machine tools and ensure the machining quality, this paper introduces the selection and management of tool setting instruments and the functions of tool management system. When editing, we should pay attention to simplifying the narrative of basic theory, paying attention to the connection with production practice and emphasizing the introduction of application content. Combined with the development trend of numerical control tool system, try to reflect the latest achievements of technical development and relevant international standards.
