In order to strengthen the management of engineering cost engineers in our city and improve the professional level of engineering cost practitioners, it is planned to implement the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Guangdong Province) and hold qualification training examinations for four professional cost engineers in construction engineering, installation engineering, municipal engineering and greening engineering. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Applicants: Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics and meets one of the following conditions can apply for the qualification examination of cost engineers:
(a) professional engineering cost, technical secondary school or above;
(2) Bachelor degree in engineering or engineering economics or similar major;
(three) other majors, technical secondary school and college education, engaged in project cost work for 1 year;
(four) to obtain technical secondary school education, engaged in project cost work for 5 years;
(5) Graduates of engineering cost major and above can apply for exemption from basic knowledge of engineering cost to provincial cost associations or municipal management institutions with valid academic certificates verified by academic management departments.
2. Training course: The course setting is based on the national qualification examination outline for cost engineers compiled by China Price Association or Provincial Cost Association (hereinafter referred to as the examination outline) and the training examination materials for professional cost engineers compiled by Provincial Construction Engineering Cost Management Station.
According to the provisions of the provincial implementation rules, the training subjects are: 1, public subjects-basic knowledge of project cost, and 2, professional subjects-engineering measurement and valuation practice of corresponding majors.
Third, the form of training and learning:
Take a combination of face-to-face teaching and self-study. The training fee is about 750 yuan/major, excluding the examination fee and textbook fee.
Four. Examination and certification:
Examination: the examination consists of two subjects, the basic knowledge of engineering cost is a closed-book examination, and the practice of engineering measurement and valuation is an open-book examination.
Certification: those who pass the examination will be awarded the qualification certificate of national construction project cost engineer and its special seal by the Provincial Cost Association.
