Hangzhou Medical College is an undergraduate college. It is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and approved by People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Education. It was selected as an excellent doctoral education and training program.

Hangzhou Medical College is a full-time public undergraduate college sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, located in Hangzhou, which enjoys the reputation of "paradise on earth". Its predecessor was Zhejiang Women's Obstetrics School, which was founded in 1925. It has been running for more than 90 years.
