If option A is wrong, the main person in charge of the construction unit, the person in charge of the project and the full-time safety production management personnel shall be qualified by the construction administrative department or other departments before taking up their posts; Option b is wrong. The construction unit shall conduct safety education and training for managers and operators at least once a year, and record the education and training in personal work files. Personnel who have not passed the examination of safety production education and training shall not take up their posts; Option c is wrong. When adopting new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials, the construction unit shall conduct corresponding safety education and training for the operators.
