Recruitment conditions and requirements
(1) basic conditions
1. Fuyang household registration;
2. Good ideological and political quality, good conduct, strong sense of responsibility and strong organizational discipline;

Three. Recruitment methods and procedures
(1) Registration
1. Considering the epidemic prevention and control period, online registration is adopted.

4. Registration method:
Method 1: Take photos of the electronic version of the registration form and certification materials, package them into personal electronic files, and send them to 89395 1406@qq.com by e-mail.

(2) Qualification examination
Through the big data platform, the applicant's qualification is reviewed. If it is found that the information provided is untrue or does not meet the registration requirements, its registration qualification will be cancelled immediately.
(3) Written examination and interview
1. written test: the written test includes China's historical and cultural knowledge, international and domestic current affairs and politics, professional ethics, ability and accomplishment, etc. The perfect score is 100. Applicants must take a written test with their valid ID card. This examination does not specify an examination outline and reference books, nor does it hold, authorize or entrust any unit to hold any form of training courses.
2. Interview: According to the written test results, press 1:3 to determine the interviewer; If it is less than the prescribed proportion, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual reference number of the written test of the post. Two days before the interview, if the candidates confirm in writing that they will not participate in the interview, they can take the test from high to low according to the written test results.
The interview was conducted in the form of structured interview. Full interview score 100, passing line 60. Those who fail the interview are not included in the physical examination and inspection scope.
Those who pass the interview will be converted into the total test score according to the ratio of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score (keep two decimal places). If the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score will be the first.
3. The time and place of written test and interview will be notified separately.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. According to the total score of the exam, from high score to low score, among those who have passed the interview, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. Those who give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination can be replenished in turn according to the total interview score. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up.
The physical examination shall be carried out according to the recruitment standards of public institutions. The medical examination time will be announced separately.
2. Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation. The inspection shall be organized and implemented by the Employer. If the investigation results are not suitable for employment, no replacement will be arranged.
(5) Publicity and employment
After the inspection, the personnel to be hired will be determined, and the list will be publicized on Fuyang Education Information Network for 7 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the hiring personnel shall be determined.
The employed personnel are labor dispatchers, and their wages and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on the Measures for the Administration of Surplus Personnel in Organs and Institutions in Fuyang District, Hangzhou (Fu Bian [2017] No.37).
Those who have been approved for employment must report within the specified time. If you can't report for duty within the time limit, or if you find that you don't meet the employment conditions, you will be disqualified.
