Chapter one: Overview of the work of calligraphy teachers.
Looking back on this semester's calligraphy teaching, I think it is basically smooth. Of course, I get a lot of joy of success in my work, but sometimes there are some problems. I will continue to maintain the experience and achievements of this semester in my work next semester, and properly solve the problems existing in teaching work as soon as possible. Today, I will make a summary here, so as to achieve the survival of the fittest, learn from each other's strengths, and improve the calligraphy teaching level for next year.
As a calligraphy teacher, I systematically defined the objectives and tasks of the semester work, and made a detailed teaching plan in combination with the current situation and characteristics of the school work. In teaching, I conscientiously follow the requirements of the teaching plan, conscientiously implement the Party's educational policy, adhere to ideological education and skills education, vigorously promote quality education, and complete the education and teaching work in this period on time and in quality. In accordance with the school's management regulations, we carefully selected materials, compiled handouts, and strived to do a good job in each class. Calligraphy classes are arranged in several classes (one class per week), which is very important for students and difficult for teachers. Therefore, a good class is very important for both teachers and students. In addition to preparing lessons and writing lesson plans, I also need to consult various materials, search for good teaching materials on the Internet, and combine my work for my use.
I have clear goals, key points and difficulties in calligraphy teaching. I should pay attention to the adjustment of the content of calligraphy class, embody national characteristics in teaching, fully carry forward our national artistic tradition and enhance students' national pride. Calligraphy teaching embodies the spirit of the times and adapts to the trend of social development. Make full use of calligraphy stories and other resources to enrich the content of calligraphy teaching. In calligraphy teaching, we should pay attention to students' psychological and physiological characteristics, step by step, and be interesting. Carry out the principle of integrating theory with practice, and pay attention to the reality of students' life in the choice of teaching content. Cultivate students' interest and hobby in calligraphy through calligraphy teaching; Learn the basic knowledge and skills of calligraphy, and cultivate students' healthy aesthetic taste, preliminary aesthetic ability and good moral sentiment; Improve students' observation ability, thinking ability, thinking ability in images and creativity. Besides teaching, I also pay attention to my own development and progress. I pay attention to self-study. Correct yourself ideologically; Write more and practice more to improve yourself from action.
So here is a concrete summary of my calligraphy teaching process and methods.
1, "The deeper you love, the better the effect", and interest is the best teacher. Learning calligraphy requires good patience and strong will. If students' interest cannot be aroused, they will soon give up learning calligraphy. I am a child.
Explore the highlights of teaching and cultivate students' lasting interest through the following methods.
A, first of all, try to make students believe in me, obey me, and have a little worship. In addition to preparing lessons carefully and doing every extra class well, I can always be strict with myself, read all the posts that students have learned and spend time reading and creating posts. I will write a calligraphy work for students who practice hard, are willing to use their brains and make rapid progress, and encourage them.
B. When students are slow or upset, I will show them some films about the success stories of famous ancient calligraphers, guide them to appreciate calligraphy works, inspire and encourage them, and accompany them through one boring period after another and the transition period of progress.
C, strive to show students' calligraphy works in campus art festivals and other activities, some in the publicity column, and some in calligraphy exhibitions. Let them introduce their experiences and set an example of calligraphy learning. Focusing on the "stars" around you, students' interest and level have been rapidly improved, forming a benign competitive atmosphere.
D, encourage them to participate in various calligraphy competitions, so as to increase students' knowledge and gain more competition experience. Through the competition certificate, the students were greatly encouraged, gained a sense of success, strengthened their confidence, and enhanced their interest and persistence in calligraphy.
2. Explain the evolution and development of calligraphy in detail. And let the students know the differences of various fonts briefly, and let them know that the primary stage of calligraphy begins with regular script practice. I think it is the most important and crucial thing to learn calligraphy and cultivate good habits. So before learning to write, correct their writing posture and teach them how to hold a pen and how to sit. Then the slide projector is used to explain and demonstrate the specific strokes, which not only embodies the intuition of teaching, but also improves students' attention and interest in imitation. When explaining each stroke, I will use pictographic teaching methods to show students the morphological characteristics of different strokes. For example, a dot is written like dew; Writing vertically is like an upside-down needle. This has deepened students' understanding of each stroke.
I put special emphasis on copying copybooks. Ask the students to write according to the grid of the copybook, and ensure that every stroke written is the same as the grid position on the copybook, and the size ratio of the words is the same. Emphasize that every stroke of a word should be similar to a copybook and try to be consistent. Learn how to use pens in copybooks. Every stroke has to go through three processes: starting, writing and receiving. Pay attention to the difference in size and thickness of each stroke. It is also very important to know the order of words.
4. Emphasize the cultivation of students' perseverance and insist on practicing calligraphy every day. Calligraphy cannot be learned overnight. It must be inseparable from persistent practice. The homework I left for them after calligraphy class was to practice calligraphy for 30 minutes every day.
The above is my whole hard-pen calligraphy teaching process and method. Through the study of the above methods, the students' calligraphy level has been obviously improved, and I have a little heartfelt comfort. However, there are still shortcomings in the method of feeling, lack of teaching experience in schools with calligraphy characteristics, and the limitations of personal writing need to be further improved; There is a big gap between top students and poor students. In the future teaching work, I will strive to improve my professional quality and make up for the shortcomings in my work; It is necessary to make a concrete analysis of each student's specific problems, so as to narrow the gap between the top students and the poor students, ensure a new breakthrough in the overall level of students, and try to fully embody quality education from junior high school.
Chapter two: Summary of the work of calligraphy teachers.
Calligraphy is an art, which reflects the cultural spirit and aesthetic pursuit of our nation intensively and profoundly. Calligraphy education is an excellent cultural and educational tradition in ancient China, which has the functions of moral education, intellectual education, aesthetic education and physical fitness, and has irreplaceable advantages in improving students' ideological quality, intellectual quality, aesthetic quality and strengthening personality strength. Calligraphy education can cultivate students' character of appreciating beauty, pursuing beauty and creating beauty; Through calligraphy education, students can understand and master the traditional Chinese character culture in China and cultivate patriotic sentiments. At the same time, calligraphy education is an important way to educate students, which is conducive to the development of students' personality and the improvement of artistic accomplishment. According to the requirements of 20 1 1 Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education, our school has effectively carried out calligraphy education and teaching, which is summarized as follows.
First, the implementation of the basic situation of calligraphy teaching
1, the school attaches great importance to strengthening classroom management.
School leaders should attach great importance to calligraphy education, principals and teaching directors should personally grasp calligraphy education and regularly hold calligraphy education seminars. Improve the management system and provide adequate teaching courses. Strengthen teacher training, establish evaluation methods and reward system for calligraphy teachers. A teacher's three-character contest is held every semester, and there are calligraphy competitions in all grades and classes.
2. Set grade goals and plan step by step.
Calligraphy teaching in the school is divided into three stages: low, middle and high, and the goals of each stage are set. Pencil is the main stage, pen is the main stage, and brush is the main stage. On the basis of all-round popularization, paying attention to the cultivation of special students is one of the key tasks of calligraphy education in our school. Our school uses interest groups to give individual counseling to special students, making it a real reference for classroom teaching.
High-profile and extension are important ways to implement the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in writing teaching.
3. Strengthen classroom teaching and cultivate good quality.
Teachers focus on the classroom, make full use of modern teaching resources and strengthen classroom teaching. In particular, the use of three-step practice CD allows students to easily master the essentials of practicing Chinese characters in happy video teaching. In classroom teaching, I am also good at discovering the progress of students' homework and praising it in time. For the overall good homework, I set up a column to post and display in the classroom, which not only improved the students' interest in learning, established their self-confidence, but also inspired other students' enthusiasm for learning.
4. Create a calligraphy environment and build a campus culture.
Taking the construction of campus culture as an opportunity, we will strive to display students' calligraphy classroom assignments in a large area on campus, some in the window and some in the picture frame. Introduce their posting experience and set an example for calligraphy learning. Focusing on the "stars" around you, students' interest and level have been rapidly improved, forming a benign competitive atmosphere. Set up an excellent homework column in the class, post excellent homework and improved student works in the class, and stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning Chinese characters.
Second, the use of three-step calligraphy practice
1. Three-step calligraphy teaching CD was used in each class, and the students responded well. Students can learn calligraphy easily in visual video teaching.
2. In Copybook for calligraphy, only teachers and students practice in the original notebook, which will cause two copybooks to be inconsistent and cause certain obstacles to learning. If every student has a copybook, it will definitely change this situation.
3. Compared with writing, the three-step writing method has certain advantages and advantages. one
It is the step of practicing calligraphy in small squares, which is convenient for students to step by step. Second, the Tian Zi grid is larger than the writing book, which is convenient for students to master fonts. At the same time, the practice of new words increased from six to nine, which increased the amount of practice. Thirdly, the characteristic of the three-step practice method is that it is easier to practice than writing a book, which is more conducive to students' learning. The three-step calligraphy practice method has good applicability and popularity, but the price is relatively expensive.
Third, the problems faced by calligraphy teaching
1, our school is a primary school in a remote mountainous area, with poor learning conditions, no special calligraphy classroom and no physical projection platform, which is not conducive to teaching and displaying students' works.
2, the school investment is not enough, no funds. Teachers also dare not accept students' money to buy calligraphy consumables, so students are better at learning hard pens and it is difficult to write high-level brushes.
3. Parents' attention and investment are insufficient. Schools dare not charge fees, and it is impossible to provide students with calligraphy supplies for free. Parents' non-participation leads to a dilemma in calligraphy teaching.
4. There are no professional teaching staff. Due to the small number of teachers in our school, there are no professional calligraphy teachers, and they are generally Chinese teachers, which leads to uneven levels of teachers. At present, there is no special teaching mode, which is difficult to operate. Most teachers teach by self-understanding.
Four. Suggestions and improvement measures
1. The school took the opportunity of balanced development, increased investment, built a special calligraphy classroom, and constantly improved the teaching conditions.
2. Strengthen the status of calligraphy teaching and change the status quo that calligraphy belongs to Chinese teaching. Although calligraphy is now listed as a minor course, it is difficult to change its status in practice.
3. Strengthen the construction of curriculum standards to make calligraphy teaching more scientific.
4. Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and train professional teachers.
Chapter III: Summary of the work of calligraphy teachers.
How time flies! In a blink of an eye, a semester passed. With the help of school leaders and colleagues, I successfully completed this semester's work. Looking back on this semester, I am busy and full, and there are many places worth summarizing and reflecting. Now make a summary of this semester's work to promote improvement.
First, strengthen study and constantly improve ideological and professional quality.
There is no end to learning and no end to teaching. Only by constantly charging can we maintain the youth and vitality of teaching. Therefore, I have been actively studying. Over the past semester, I have seriously participated in the study lectures of district cultural and educational organizations. I have carefully studied all kinds of books that are conducive to the use of books and the Internet to promote calligraphy teaching. By learning rich teaching concepts, the direction of future teaching efforts is also clear. With the development of society and the update of knowledge, I am also urged to keep learning. Usually, by going out to attend classes and inviting teachers from other schools to attend classes, we have the opportunity to make continuous progress in education and teaching. Through these learning activities, I have continuously enriched myself, enriched my knowledge and insight, and prepared for better teaching practice.
Second, be realistic and innovative, and earnestly carry out teaching and research work.
Education and teaching is the primary task of our teachers' work. This semester, I tried to apply all kinds of teaching methods I learned to classroom teaching practice, based on tradition, and tried to make my calligraphy teaching more distinctive, form a unique teaching model, better reflect the requirements of quality education and improve the quality of calligraphy teaching.
This semester, I teach one to four grades 16 calligraphy classes, and I am interested in classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. In daily teaching, I insist on the "five consciousnesses" in classroom teaching. Make full preparations before class, carefully design lesson plans, teach flexibly according to the actual situation of each class, strive to complete the class content as soon as possible, carefully correct students' homework after class, and adopt different correction methods for different classes and grades to make students more interested in calligraphy and improve their calligraphy level. In addition, after the teaching, according to the gains and losses, write some feelings and teaching reflections after teaching in time, ranging from a few short sentences to a long paragraph, so as to accumulate experience for future teaching. At the same time, we also actively communicate with the class teacher to understand the students, improve the teaching methods and break through the learning methods. Pay attention to cultivating students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative thinking ability.
For the teaching of the calligraphy interest class I am responsible for, I adopt the principle of combining systematization with stages, so as to set time, place and goal, so that students can gain something in each class. In short, whether it is classroom teaching or interest class teaching, I aim at cultivating students' ability and improving their quality, and strive to make calligraphy teaching play a greater role in students' growth and development.
Find the typical in daily work, set up the typical, and drive all. The homework of Class 5 (2), Class 5 (1), Class 4 (2) and Class 2 (2) can meet the specification requirements. Everyone's homework is clean and their handwriting is correct. The overall level of the school is relatively high. In order to set a class example, I often put good places in front of students in the teaching process of other classes, thus promoting the improvement of the writing level of each class in our school.
In order to improve the writing level of the whole school, I started with the double posture of the whole school students, and the class set a good example for writing. Under the typical promotion of grade groups, classes and individuals, practicing calligraphy has become a common practice.
In order to improve students' writing level, we actively organize students to carry out colorful extracurricular interest activities. Among them, more than 30 students have participated in calligraphy classes this semester. After a semester's study, students' level has been greatly improved. The winners of works publishing and competitions are all students in interest classes, and most of them have become the main force of calligraphy in the class.
Third, strengthen reflection and sum up teaching gains and losses in time.
Reflecting on the work of this school year, I see my achievements and think about my own shortcomings. Disadvantages are as follows:
1. In teaching and scientific research, this school year, I strengthened my study and carefully studied some theoretical books on teaching and scientific research, but the application in teaching practice was not in place, and the research was not detailed and practical enough to achieve my goals;
2. There is a lack of unique and creative things in calligraphy teaching. Originally, I wanted to set up an interest group of "seal cutting" in the calligraphy interest class, but it didn't come true for various reasons. In the future, I will try to explore some characteristics of calligraphy teaching and make contributions to creating a new world of calligraphy teaching in Kukeng Primary School.
Other work needs to be improved, and we should be more conscientious in the future. After this semester's calligraphy teaching, students' brush calligraphy and pen calligraphy have also made great progress. This semester, our school held a competition and exhibition of teachers' three-character classics, which effectively stimulated teachers' interest and cognition of calligraphy. Students have also achieved good results during their study month in Shenzhen.
Fourth, the direction of efforts.
Calligraphy education is not to train a few calligraphers, but an education, which is the most basic education for all students. For students, it is an education to cultivate their abilities and study habits. So I must persist in carrying forward the glorious tradition of our school and do this work well. In the future, we still need to redouble our efforts, learn from the strengths of our brother schools, make up for the shortcomings of our own schools, further creatively carry out our work, and push the calligraphy education of the whole school to a new level.
