The meeting requested that the training of nucleic acid sampling should be standardized, so that sampling personnel can master specific details such as nucleic acid collection, wearing protective clothing and disinfection treatment, and ensure that all protection and operation knowledge are understood and the actual operation is in place.

It is necessary to strengthen the quality control of nucleic acid sampling, strictly implement the principle of "no training, no post, no post if the training is unqualified", standardize the management of sampling links, improve the quality of nucleic acid sampling, and ensure the scientific operation and behavior of sampling personnel.

The training includes two stages: on-site operation demonstration and actual combat drill. Professional teaching is conducted from six aspects: information collection of nucleic acid detection, seven-step washing technology, correct wearing and wearing of protective clothing, detailed rules and precautions of nucleic acid sampling, medical waste treatment and disinfection, and on-site actual combat drill of nucleic acid detection and sampling.

At the beginning of the training, all students are required to download and register the nucleic acid information collection and submission APP, and explain and demonstrate how to scan the test tube code and how to enter identity information on the spot.
