The main responsibilities of Wuhu Municipal Bureau of Justice

(two) to formulate the city's legal publicity and education and popularize legal knowledge planning and organize their implementation, and guide the management of all counties and industries in the city according to law.

(three) responsible for the qualification examination of lawyers, notaries, new judges and prosecutors in the city. Organize the legal review of the city's judicial administrative system and the study of the city's legal theory. Carry out the training of grassroots judicial administrative cadres in the city and teach various calligraphy education courses in administration. To guide and manage the judicial expertise of social services in the whole city.

(four) responsible for the city's notarization, lawyers, social legal service institutions and township (street) legal services set up by the audit or approval and annual inspection, cancellation; Responsible for the qualification examination and practice registration of lawyers, notaries and grassroots legal service workers; Responsible for supervising and guiding the business, professional ethics and professional discipline of the above-mentioned legal service personnel; Be responsible for examining and approving notarization matters involving foreign affairs and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
