The school has strong physical education teachers, well-equipped coaches, and enriched students' physical education class. Incorporate physical education subjects into the scope of the junior and senior high school academic level examination, and gradually improve the physical education scores of the senior high school entrance examination. Gradually improve the training system of sports reserve talents, and open up channels for excellent athletes to study and find jobs.
Incorporate the integration of sports and education into the work plans of governments at all levels, clarify the responsibilities of the government, education, sports administrative departments and schools, and conduct regular supervision and evaluation.
Five main tasks:
First of all, establish a health education system to ensure the time for young people's sports activities.
Education and sports departments should strengthen the supervision and guidance on the implementation of the National Standards for Students' Physical Fitness and Health in schools, and form a joint force to promote young people to improve their physical fitness and develop a healthy lifestyle. Set up all physical education courses, reasonably arrange the time of off-campus sports activities, and strive to ensure the time of students' on-campus and off-campus sports activities 1 hour every day.
Two, strengthen health knowledge education, early spot check and correction of adolescent health.
According to the law of teenagers' mental health growth and physical quality development, we should increase the education of health concepts and habits. To conduct early sampling monitoring on adolescents' obesity and myopia, and formulate scientific correction methods. Sports teams in traditional sports schools set up student athletes' physique monitoring files and track them year by year, providing scientific basis for the selection of professional teams.
The sports department actively cooperates with relevant departments and professional organizations to strengthen the research on the physical dysfunction of teenagers and guide them to strengthen their physique and cultivate a healthy lifestyle through physical exercise.
Third, cultivate physical exercise habits and carry out colorful after-school training for teenagers.
Pay attention to teenagers' sports skills learning and arrange sports load scientifically. Pay attention to improving teenagers' physical fitness and basic sports skills such as strength, speed, endurance, agility and flexibility, and help teenagers master sports skills and exercise methods. For the vast number of young people, we should encourage the development of sports with the purpose of exercising, improving health, enhancing physical fitness, enjoying body and mind, and improving sports function.
Train teenagers to master 1-2 sports skills that will benefit them for life. Each school has set up more than 1 characteristic sports, forming a school with everyone's own sports and characteristics. Strengthen military training for young students and enhance their national defense awareness and military literacy.
Four, support the establishment of school sports teams in primary and secondary schools.
Support the construction of qualified colleges and universities and establish high-level sports teams for collective ball games such as football, basketball and volleyball. Encourage primary and secondary schools to establish school sports teams such as football, basketball, volleyball, track and field, swimming, gymnastics, ice and snow. Schools with traditional sports characteristics should form at least two or more school sports teams.
