Legal basis: Article 32 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License. If the applicant applies for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time or applies for increasing the number of quasi-driving models, the vehicle management office shall issue a certificate of driving skills within one day after passing the first subject examination. The driving skill certificate is valid for three years, and the applicant shall complete the examination of subject 2 and subject 3 within the validity period. If the examination is not completed within the validity period, the scores of subjects that have passed the examination are invalid.
