Deputy Chi XX: He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Qiqihar Municipal Committee of Heilongjiang Province, the director of Qiqihar Susheng Law Firm, and the vice chairman of Longsha District of CPPCC of Qiqihar City. He is currently the longest-serving lawyer in Qiqihar. She was re-elected as a deputy to the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh National People's Congress.

After practicing for 3 1 year, Chi Jisheng has provided legal advice and help to thousands of clients. She and her law firm have undertaken a number of cases with great influence at home and in the province, such as Hao Lianchun's corruption case, Harbin Oriental International Trade City case and Qiqihar Dabei Group case.

Representative Chen XX: Professor, Doctor of Law in Italy, Dean, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Law School of Chongqing University.

Engaged in the teaching and research of the basic theory and practice of law and criminal law. He is currently the deputy of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress, the vice president of China Criminology Society, the executive director of China Criminal Law Research Association, the academic leader of criminal law in Chongqing and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, the legislative adviser of the Standing Committee of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress, the distinguished expert of Chongqing Higher People's Court, the vice president of Chongqing Criminal Law Society and the vice president of Chongqing Reeducation through Labor Society.

Member Yang XX: Professor and doctoral supervisor of Suzhou University Law School, head of doctoral programs and key disciplines in constitutional law and administrative law, and director of Suzhou Institute of Comparative Law. He is now a member of the 9th, 10th and 11th China People's Political Consultative Conference.

Professor Yang Haikun was rated as an expert with outstanding contributions by the State Council and enjoyed special government allowance. Vice President of China Administrative Law Research Association, Chairman of Jiangsu Administrative Law Society, and part-time professor or visiting researcher in Peking University, National School of Administration, Nanchang University, Hohai University, Jiangsu Judge Training College and other institutions.

Member Shi XX: Member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial Committee of Democratic Progressive Party, founding partner of Sichuan Dingli Law Firm, and now member of the 11th CPPCC.

In 2005, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Excellent Lawyer" by all china lawyers association.

Professor Yu XX: Doctor of Law. Currently, he is a researcher at the Institute of Rural Development of China Academy of Social Sciences and the director of the Social Issues Research Center. Professor Jiang XX: Professor of Peking University Law School, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Key Research Base of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and Director of Peking University Public Law Research Center. Vice President of china law society Administrative Law Research Association, invited consultant of the Supreme People's Court, director of china law society, and executive director of China Administrative Supervision Society. He is the author of the Administrative Law and the Administrative Procedure Law.

Professor He XX: Doctor of Law. He is currently the vice president and professor of the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, and the director of the Institute of Administrative Law. Part-time teaching civil procedure law for undergraduates and postgraduates in Peking University, teaching courses such as administrative law, administrative procedure law and state compensation law in China University of Political Science and Law, and was rated as one of the top ten teachers in Peking University Law School by 1998, and was rated as an excellent teacher in China University of Political Science and Law in 2002.

Professor Liu XX: Doctor of Law, postdoctoral fellow in economics of China Academy of Social Sciences and postdoctoral fellow in sociology of Peking University. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of the Research Office of Criminal Law, and a professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is also the executive director of China Criminology Society, the director of China Reeducation through Labor Society, the director of Beijing Law Society, and a part-time lawyer of Beijing Ke Hua Law Firm.

He is the author of Preliminary Criminal Policy, Economic Analysis under Criminal Integration, Structure and Vision of Criminal Law, Environmental Resources Protection and Environmental Resources Crimes, Research on Negligence Potential Offenders, and Theory of Strict Liability. Editor-in-Chief: Interpretation and Application of Criminal Law in People's Republic of China (PRC), A Mirror of Crime Prevention in China and Blue Book of Society.

Professor Li XX: the head of the expert network of Tsinghua University Contemporary China Research Center, the executive director of the Institute of Social Policy of Tsinghua University Management College, and the director of the Institute of Legal Sociology of China Renmin University. He mainly studies contemporary China issues, legal profession and judicial reform. He is the author of Institutional Background of China Studies and Sociology of Law.

Associate Professor Yi XX: Doctor of Law, associate professor of Tsinghua University Law School. He is the author of Freedom of Silence, Criminal Procedure Law, Jury Trial and Confrontation Litigation, etc.
