The requirements for evaluating lecturers are as follows:

First, the reporting conditions

1, political quality, professional ethics requirements

Abide by national laws and regulations, love the motherland, support the leadership of China * * * Production Party, love people's education, and implement the national education policy; Have good professional ethics and professionalism, correct style of study, teach and educate people, love their jobs and be a teacher. During the current position, the comprehensive assessment is qualified (competent) or above.

During the current term of office, if one of the following circumstances occurs on the basis of the specified service life, the declaration will be delayed from next year.

(a) the annual assessment is basically qualified (basically competent) or below or given a warning, and the extension is more than 1 year.

(two) by demerit, delay for more than 2 years.

(3) lying about academic qualifications and achievements, plagiarizing others' achievements and other fraudulent acts, and delaying for more than 3 years. If the circumstances of forging academic qualifications and degrees are particularly serious, their current professional and technical post qualifications will be cancelled.

2, education, qualification requirements

One of the following conditions must be met:

(a) meet one of the following conditions, you can declare the qualification of a lecturer:

(1), bachelor degree, qualified as a teaching assistant, employed as a teaching assistant for more than 4 years.

(2) Having a second bachelor's degree, obtaining the teaching assistant qualification and being employed as a teaching assistant for more than 3 years.

(3) After obtaining a master's degree, he obtained the teaching assistant qualification and was employed as a teaching assistant for about 2 years.

(two) meet the following conditions, after passing the examination, can initially obtain the qualification of designated lecturer:

(1), received a doctorate.

(2) after obtaining a master's degree, he has obtained the qualification of teaching assistant and has been employed as a teaching assistant for more than 3 years.

3. Foreign language requirements

Proficient in a foreign language (a teacher engaged in foreign language teaching must be proficient in a second foreign language). Participate in the foreign language examination for professional titles organized by the state or the whole province, and obtain a certificate of conformity, which is within the validity period. Those who meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the test:

(1) Obtain a postgraduate degree or a master's degree or above.

(2) Going abroad on business, having passed the foreign language proficiency test of national expatriates before going abroad, and studying or working abroad 1 year or more.

(three) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provincial personnel (professional title) department.

4, computer application ability requirements

Have the ability of computer information technology to carry out teaching and scientific research. Participate in the information training of professional and technical personnel in the province organized by the Provincial Personnel Department and obtain the "Information Training Examination Certificate"; Or participate in the assessment of the application ability of computer information technology in the title organized by the Provincial Department of Education, and obtain the certificate issued by the Provincial Title Office and the Provincial Department of Education, all of which are within the validity period.

Those who meet one of the following conditions may be exempted from the test:

(a) Bachelor degree or above in computer science.

(two) to participate in the national computer software professional and technical qualification (level) examination, the results are qualified.

(3) Persons who have graduated from non-computer major, are currently engaged in computer professional teaching and have applied for the qualification of computer lecturer.
