In order to meet the requirements of modern education and improve teachers' teaching ability, I was fortunate to participate in this training. In the process of learning, I listened carefully to the wonderful speeches of leaders and experts, carefully watched every video courseware of junior high school mathematics on the special training platform of Haixi Education Network, took notes carefully, communicated with students online and learned from each other. I have learned a lot in ideological understanding and educational ideas, educational theories and methods, teachers' professional quality and accomplishment, new curriculum reform and teachers' teaching ideas, which is of great help to improve my own education and teaching work and will also play an important role in promoting the new round of curriculum reform in our school.
First, establish a good outlook on educating people and a healthy outlook on students.
The traditional education mode based on imparting knowledge has not adapted to the development requirements of modern education. The development of the times and the progress of society pose new challenges to teachers. Teachers should gradually become professionals through continuous learning and development. They should not only have strong professional knowledge and skills, but also have educational ideas to promote students' development, especially under the new curriculum. It will change the original authoritative image of teachers with knowledge, pay attention to organizing and guiding the learning process, reflect on and study its own teaching practice, and achieve better educational and teaching results. Specifically, we should change our concept of educating people from the following aspects. How time flies! Seeing that Guo Pei's study is coming to an end, I feel that there are too many things to learn, but the training and study time is too short. I am deeply honored to study, discuss and communicate with experts and educators in this training. During the short two-month study period, I listened carefully to the wonderful lectures given by experts, actively participated in online lectures, answered questions, commented, browsed, recommended and communicated (including expert exchanges), which benefited a lot and made me feel deeply. We gained a lot of knowledge by communicating with the students in the class. Now, we summarize the national training research as follows:
First, improve educational ideas and update educational concepts.
In the past two months of training and study, my educational thought has been improved. It is really a kind of "training" to wake up dreamers. I deeply find that education needs foresight. In this training, experts' wonderful lectures expounded their unique views on Chinese teaching in middle schools and various views on the new curriculum, and discussed the ideas and methods of Chinese teaching in middle schools, which introduced us to more cutting-edge educational theory knowledge and how to conduct lesson examples and reflective research. The personal experience of experts, from domestic education to foreign ideas, makes me feel like breathing fresh air and excited.
Second, enrich theoretical study and constantly apply practice.
As a backbone Chinese teacher in middle school, I try my best to turn my theoretical knowledge into practical kinetic energy, so that it can effectively guide the usual Chinese education and teaching. During the training process, I exchanged my understanding of the new Chinese curriculum with the teachers in the group, and guided my teaching with new teaching concepts. On the basis of continuous summing-up, I rediscovered that this cycle of intention is because the lessons in the training class have made me more powerful and intentional. In my previous consciousness, I thought that the most important function of songs, rhyming poems and ballads was to consolidate words or sentences, adjust the classroom atmosphere and entertain students. However, in this study, teachers used interesting methods and were no longer boring. Taking English lyrics as an example, this paper shows that it is helpful to achieve the teaching purpose, especially the purpose of creating scenes to introduce new language points. Their wonderful performances made me understand that English songs, rhyming poems and ballads occupy an equally important position in English teaching, because they are short, pithy and rhythmic, and are deeply loved by students. Being a teacher is my own choice, but I have always been a geography teacher by my own liking, and I have worked for more than 20 years. My personal experience as a student taught me that a teacher who is proficient in teaching, vivid in language, quick-thinking and knowledgeable will definitely win the respect of students.
